FAQ

1) Domestic Shipping: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days, Monday-Friday. There is a $3.00 standard shipping cost for all orders under $75.00.  For orders of $75.00 and more. shipping is on us (free shipping).

3) I HAVE THE COOLEST STORE/DISTRIBUTION IN THE WORLD. I WANTED TO KNOW HOW I COULD STOCK COUNTRY DEEP IN MY SHOP/DISTRIBUTION? Email Countrydeep@yahoo.com  Please include the following information in your request:, shop address, and buyer contact information. 

4) RETURNSCustomers are able to return items within 14 days from when the order was received for store credit.

To make a return, please email customerservice Countrydeep@yahoo.com with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return.  You will then be emailed a return slip along with a shipping label if you are within the United States. International orders must pay for their return shipping. Return requests must be received within 14 days of the package delivery date.

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.

Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. So please don't send it back smelling like your local bar. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied.Country Deep is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. 

 5) I’M WORKING ON A RESEARCH PROJECT FOR A CLASS. CAN YOU FILL OUT THIS QUESTIONNAIRE FOR ME SO I CAN GET AN A+? No. We sucked at doing our own homework, so we certainly won’t be any better at doing yours.
