FAQ

1) Do you offer domestic shipping? We do - and its free! Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
2) How can I get Country Deep in my store? Please email contact@countrydeep.com. Include shop name, address, and buyer contact information.
3) I placed an order, but I need to make an exchange? Please email contact@countrydeep.com
4) Can I return my order? Customers are able to return items within 14 days from when the order was received for store credit. However if you order from out of the Country, we will only be able to exchange a package once, due to high shipping cost. So make sure you got your cows in a row. 
To make a return, please email contact@countrydeep.com with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return. You will then be emailed a return slip along with a shipping label if you are within the United States. International orders must pay for their return shipping. 
Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and the information will be sent to your email.
Returns must be received in new, unworn, unwashed condition (So please don't send it back smelling like your local bar). Items that do not meet this criteria will be denied.
Country Deep is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return.
